OTR Design & FASHION retail CO-OP
The Brush Factory provides a working facility for emerging designers. They will have an opportunity to rent retail space or work in the store to sell their line. Designers have the option to create their collection in the store studio where customers are encouraged to explore. TBF will create be a shopping environment that allows the customer to view the design and production process. By shopping at The Brush Factory they will be supporting a creative community that will in turn provide company morale and higher expectations as well as higher standard work ethic.
It will give back to the community by being involved in the centralization and socialization of the recently revitalized downtown Cincinnati development while also creating charity fund raising events such as FIT FOR LIFE (bring alterations to the store, proceeds are donated to local charity funds).
