UnderWaterWear
This device is a bikini bottom / brief-style life jacket that can be worn while "hanging out" in a deeper body of water. Currently, most people who want to hang out and socialize in the water behind their boat, they have to use a "Noodle", a tube ring, or most likely use a life vest and turn it upside down and put their legs through the arm holes to wear as a floating underwear-style shorts. This can "ride up" in the private area of both men and women as well as constrain the genitals of a male, making it very uncomfortable. With the UnderWaterWear, you can slip it on like a bikini bottom or brief style underwear, over the already-worn swim wear, and relax safely in deeper sections of a body of water. Your head remains above the water, as well as the arms and hands are free to enjoy beverages or throw around sports equipment. My two attached photos are just a sample of what the UnderWaterWear could look like, but made of nylon or neoprene and having a foam flotation device embedded within the suit, placed in the appropriate locations (abdomen and lower) as to not be uncomfortable for the wearer. What I have in mind is the exact same thing as a life jacket but designed to be worn on your bottom and not your top. It would not take the place of a swimsuit, but rather would fit over it just so you can get in the water and bob around and drink and socialize, or whatever. It would fit more anatomically correct than wearing a life jacket upside down. The pictures show what is currently worn now, but my invention would eliminate the need to wear life jackets upside down and would be much more comfortable.
The last two photos are preliminary sketches of the prototype.
Patent pending.
